Prohibited Actions
Never accept cash payments
All payments must go through the platform. Off-platform work voids insurance
Don't skip photo documentation
Required before/after photos protect you from false damage claims
Never do unrequested work
Unapproved additional services will not be paid and may result in disputes
Don't share personal contact info
Use in-app messaging to maintain platform protections for both parties
Avoid late cancellations
Cancel only for emergencies. Excessive cancellations affect your rating
Don't pressure for reviews
Let your work speak for itself. Soliciting positive reviews is prohibited
