Provider Guidelines

Standards for professional service excellence

Professional Standards

  • Arrive on time

Punctuality is essential. Update ETA if running more than 10 minutes late

  • Follow scope exactly

Complete work as booked. Request upgrade approval before doing additional work

  • Document everything

Take clear before/after photos and note any pre-existing damage or concerns

  • Communicate proactively

Keep customers informed about progress, delays, or issues immediately

  • Maintain insurance

Keep all required insurance policies active and provide proof upon request

  • Use proper equipment

Bring professional-grade supplies and maintain equipment in good condition

Prohibited Actions

  • Never accept cash payments

All payments must go through the platform. Off-platform work voids insurance

  • Don't skip photo documentation

Required before/after photos protect you from false damage claims

  • Never do unrequested work

Unapproved additional services will not be paid and may result in disputes

  • Don't share personal contact info

Use in-app messaging to maintain platform protections for both parties

  • Avoid late cancellations

Cancel only for emergencies. Excessive cancellations affect your rating

  • Don't pressure for reviews

Let your work speak for itself. Soliciting positive reviews is prohibited

Upgrade Request Protocol

  1. 1Document the issue with clear photos showing why additional work is needed
  2. 2Send upgrade request through the app with photos and price estimate
  3. 3Wait for customer approval before starting any additional work
  4. 4If declined, complete only the original scope as booked
  5. 5Never proceed with unapproved work or pressure customers to approve
