By accessing and using Kleanly's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Using the Platform
- You must be 18+ years old to book services
- Provide accurate information when booking
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Never pay outside the app for services
3. Payments & Fees
Payment is processed securely through the app. Funds are held until service completion and your approval. Kleanly may charge a service fee on transactions.
- All prices are shown upfront
- Upgrades require your approval before work begins
- Refunds follow our Cancellation Policy

5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate photos and job descriptions
- Ensure access to the property or vehicle at scheduled time
- Treat Pros with respect
- Report issues through the app within 24 hours
6. Pro Responsibilities
- Arrive on time or notify customer of delays
- Provide quality service matching the booking tier
- Take before/after photos
- Request approval before any scope changes
7. Limitation of Liability
Kleanly is a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent service providers. We are not responsible for the actions of Pros, but we provide support and dispute resolution.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have an issue with a booking, contact support immediately. We'll work with both parties to find a fair resolution.
9. Privacy
Your use of Kleanly is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
