  • Treat providers with respect

  • Leave honest, fair reviews

  • Request work outside the app

    All work must be booked through Cleeny to ensure insurance coverage and protection

  • Make payment outside the platform

    Never pay providers directly with cash or personal payment apps

  • Discriminate or harass

    Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited

  • Provide inaccurate information

    Misleading photos or descriptions can result in pricing disputes and service delays

  • Request unsafe work

    Don't ask providers to work in unsafe conditions or perform tasks outside their scope

  • Cancel repeatedly

    Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions

Policy Violations

Violations of these guidelines may result in:
